The laboratory is available to collaborate with public and private bodies, companies or freelancers for a consultancy or an implementation of sensory tests calibrated according to the client's needs.

To formalize the assignment it will be necessary to stipulate an agreement between the parties, by the admistration office of the Department of Agro-Food, Environmental and Animals Sciences (DI4A), which will indicate the timing and methods of realization of the Sensory Analysis, methods of delivery and use data, as well as service costs based on the price list and the agreements between the parties.
