Some projects in the SAV section foresee the monitoring of production, environmental and behavioral parameters of grazing animals.
The analysis of these data allow to have indicators regarding ecosystem services and sustainability (e.g. CO2 emissions), indices that can possibly be spelled out in the labels and quality marks of agri-food products aimed at the market.
