Pig farming between past and future

The GOI (Operational Group for INNOVATION), in collaboration with the Animal Production Research Center - CRPA, organize a conference at TECNOPOLO, Piazzale Europa n. 1, in Reggio Emilia, where the results of four projects co-financed by the PSR of the Emilia-Romagna Region will be exhibited, three of which by the CRPA:
• Valbenqua – Valorisation of pig consignments for slaughter on the basis of animal welfare and carcass quality;
• Pork Monitor - Analysis of the technical-economic management of the companies that make up the pig production chain in Emilia-Romagna;
• Pigs in order - Reduction of the release of polluting substances into water by the pig sector through adherence to environmental certification processes.
