Knowledge in party 2018: SAV is there!

For the fourth consecutive year, the University of Udine together with the Conference of Rectors of Italian Universities (Crui) will organize the cultural festival "Knowledge in fest".
The main theme for the 2018 edition will be the digital world with its multiple repercussions in everyday life and future prospects.

The PROGRAM, extremely rich in appointments, will also allow to highlight the different research sectors in which the University is involved; among these, the prof. Piasentier, coordinator of the research group "Breeding systems and product quality", will hold a meeting in the context of the BOTTEGHE DEL SAPERE which will take place on Saturday 30 June at the Coop Alleanza 3.0 in via Bassi, 12 in Udine.
"Persut a gustâ" is the title of the tasty meeting that will allow participants to deepen the different aspects related to the production of raw ham, from pig breeding to the table.


Elena Saccà and Saida Favotto, technicians, will also contribute to the realization of Knowledge In Party.
