The culture of food in a sustainable food system

The meeting will be an opportunity to launch national commitment proposals for agri-food systems that embrace all issues relating to food, production, diversity between territories and the historical-cultural dimension of food, the fight against waste.
Good practices on the sustainability of production processes and consumption models will be shared, innovative solutions based on scientific research reported, and models of governance and inter-institutional dialogue and actions aimed at improving the Italian food system proposed.
