On the morning of Monday 10 December 2018, the DOK DALL'AVA ham factory in San Daniele del Friuli (UD) hosted some of the students of the Master's Degree in Animal Breeding and Welfare (ABA) for an educational visit with the aim of deepen the production phases of the San Daniele PDO raw ham chain.
The visit was organized by prof. Edi Piasentier teacher of " zootechnical chains”.
