LA ROSSA PEZZATA IN FRIULI VENEZIA GIULIA

Meeting in Az. Agraria "Servadei", 16/12/19, 10.30 a.m.

The conference will be an opportunity to present the results of an integrated research project, which was attended by several operators in the regional livestock sector with the scientific support of the University of Udine.
At the end of the speeches, the book "La Pezzata Rossa in Friuli Venezia Giulia: la filiera della carne di qualità" will be presented and, at the end of the meeting, there will be a refreshment based on the products from Pezzata Rossa.
