Sensory analysis in the food company: importance, criticality and possible developments

The round table will be an opportunity to virtually present LABAS, the new laboratory for sensory analysis of the University of Udine , with the participation of prestigious companies that will tell their testimony, Bofrost, Despar and Parmalat.
