MiMe 4Health: Conference and demonstration workshops

The MiMe4Health conference will highlight the results of the homonymous project whose goal was to study new solutions to expand the range of delicatessen and dairy products with a specific focus on improving nutritional aspects. Demonstration laboratories are planned on the protocols developed and subject to technology transfer with the participating companies.
