The ITALIAN TASTE project is concluded. A total of 240 people have joined the search!

It took 3 years of work to involve all the subjects who participated in the ambitious project conceived by SISS, which had as its objective a deeper understanding of the mechanisms linked to the choice and preference of certain foods.

The project, realized in respect of the anonymity of the participants, collected data related to the psychological, sensory and physiological sphere.

The results will be announced as soon as the elaboration phase of the imposing database will be completed. 22 research units located throughout the country took part in this research.
