Paths to enhance the mountain dairy product

On the occasion of the 45th Exhibition of mountain cheese and ricotta, a conference will be held entitled "Pathways for the enhancement of mountain dairy products" at the Val Tagliamento Dairy in Enemonzo (Ud)
Speakers will include Sonia Venerus and Gaia Dorigo from ERSA, Susanna Loszach freelancer, and Stefano Bovolenta from the SAV section of the Department of Agricultural, Food, Environmental and Animal Sciences of the University of Udine.
