The sensory tests on the Pezzata Rossa burgers are starting

In September the first two events ...

As foreseen by the MEASURE 16.2.1 of the 2014-2020 RDP, various events, open to the public, will be carried out on the regional territory to promote and disseminate the objectives and results of the project "La Pezzata Rossa in Friuli Venezia Giulia Region : Process and product innovation to develop the quality meat supply chain ".

The events will also be an opportunity to study the preferences of consumers between two types of hamburgers that will be cooked at the time and will be tasted, for free, to the public.

The first meeting will be held in Malga Montasio on September 8th 2018, at lunchtime, while the second appointment will be in Friuli Doc, Saturday, September 15th, at the ERSA stand (2.30pm: Marinated Pezzata Rossa beef tasting ; 7.00 pm: Taste of Pezzata Rossa Burgers)
